These terms apply to all spray tan appointments and bookings made with Spray Tan by Nina. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through this website or via WhatsApp. Please note that bookings are not taken over the phone. When booking online, a minimum of 3 hours’ notice is required before your preferred appointment time. Same-day appointments are welcome, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible via WhatsApp so your time slot can be offered to someone else. We kindly ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling.

Payments & Pricing

Card and cash payments are accepted. All prices are as listed in our Services & Pricing section and may be updated from time to time. Mobile spray tan pricing depends on travel distance, with a custom quote provided for locations beyond a 30km radius.

Preparation & Aftercare

To achieve the best, longest-lasting results, please follow the preparation and aftercare guidance provided on this website and at your appointment. Your tan continues to develop in the hours following your session, and results can be affected by how closely this guidance is followed.

Health, Skin & Suitability

Every skin type is unique and results may vary. A patch test is available on request if you have any concerns. Please let us know before your appointment about any skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities or other relevant health considerations so your treatment can be tailored appropriately.

A spray tan does not provide any protection from the sun. Always apply a water-resistant SPF sunblock when spending time in the sun.

Mobile Appointments

Mobile spray tan appointments are limited and selectively available depending on location, scheduling and booking type. For mobile bookings, a clean, suitable and accessible space is required at your chosen location.

Your Privacy

Any personal details you share when booking are used only to manage your appointment and to contact you about your booking. Your information is handled in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and is not shared with third parties for marketing without your consent. Please remember to check your spam/junk folder for your booking confirmation.

Liability

Every care is taken to provide a safe, professional and comfortable experience. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health or skin considerations, and that you understand results may vary from person to person.
